數據: TLV6208x 采用 2mm x 2mm WSON 封裝的 1.2A 和 2A 高效降壓轉換器 數據表 (Rev. H)
TLV6208x系列器件是小型降壓轉換器,所用外部組件較少,可實現具有成本效益的解決方案。此類器件屬于同步降壓轉換器,其輸入電壓范圍為2.5V /2.7V(TLV62080為2.5V,TLV62084x為2.7V)至6V。轉換器在中輸至高負載條件下采用脈寬調制(PWM)模式,而在輕載電流條件下自動進入省電模式,從而在整個負載電流范圍內保持高效運行。
為了滿足系統電源軌需求,內部補償電路支持在較大外部輸出電容值范圍內進行選擇。憑借DCS-Control?(無縫過渡至節能模式的直接控制)架構,該器件實現了優異的負載瞬態性能和輸出電壓穩壓精度。該器件采用帶有散熱焊盤的2mm x 2mm晶圓級小外形無引線(WSON)封裝。
