LMS3635-Q1和LMS3655-Q1同步降壓穩壓器針對高性能應用進行了優化,可提供3.3V,5V或可調節輸出( 1V至20V)輸出電壓.PWM和PFM模式之間的無縫轉換以及低靜態電流可確保在所有負載下實現高效率和出色的瞬態響應。
高級高速電路支持LMS3655- Q1將24V的輸入調節至3.3V的輸出(400kHz固定頻率),同時還支持5.5A的持續負載電流。創新的頻率折返架構允許該器件通過僅3.5V的輸入電壓調節生成3.3V的輸出。電壓范圍可高達36V,瞬態容差高達42V,有助于輕松實現輸入浪涌保護設計。
