針對(duì)水廠凈化車間濾池生產(chǎn)工藝及要求，設(shè)計(jì)了一套以ControlNet 為主的包括羅克韋爾（Rockwell）自動(dòng)化NetLinx三層網(wǎng)絡(luò)的水廠濾池自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用了Rockwell 的ControLogix5550 作為可編程控制器，借助ControlNet 和Ethernet平臺(tái)，采用RSView32 監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件，實(shí)現(xiàn)了水廠濾池在各種模式下的自動(dòng)運(yùn)行及不同模式間的切換。

Abstract: According to the techniques and requirements of the filters in water plant, a automatic control system of filters in water plant is designed based on ControlNet and Rockwell Automation NetLinx three layer network, which uses ControLogix 5550 as the
controller, ControlNet and EtherNet as the communication network, RSView as the supervisory configuration software, to realize the automatic work under each mode and the automatic switch among different modes of filters in the whole plant.
