醫(yī)學數(shù)字圖像通訊標準DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine )是醫(yī)學信息學領(lǐng)域中正在廣泛使用的工業(yè)標準,DICOM 正在成為醫(yī)院醫(yī)學影像存檔與通訊系統(tǒng)PACS(Picture Archiving and communication System)事實上的國際標準。在國際上,已廣泛地應用于各醫(yī)學成像設備及PACS、RIS/HIS 等信息系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡互聯(lián)中。本文簡要敘述了DICOM 標準的組成部分,及其DICOM 的特點、意義和運行機制。
