為提高油氣遠程傳輸?shù)陌踩煽啃裕疚奶岢霾⒃O計了基于PLC遠程閥門監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由一個監(jiān)控主站和若干閥門從站構(gòu)成，主站與從站之間采用無線數(shù)傳電臺互連。該系統(tǒng)的突出特點是現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)采集和設備控制由PLC實現(xiàn)。詳細介紹了各閥門站的硬件結(jié)構(gòu)及系統(tǒng)軟件設計。實踐證明，該系統(tǒng)圖形界面友好，可靠性高，操作方便，安全穩(wěn)定，應用效果好。

Abstract: In order to improve the safety and reliability of oil/gas remote transmission, the paper presents and designs a remote supervision and control system of valve based on PLC. The system consists of one monitoring main station and some valve substation, which are connected by radio station. The special characteristics of the monitoring system are the introduction of PLC to field data collecting and equipment controlling. The system structure configuration of hardware and the design of software are described in detail. The practice proves that the system has characteristics such as friendly interface, highly reliable, operation easily, safe and steady, and work well etc.
