中國計算機學(xué)會 (CCF) 正式發(fā)布了2019版《中國計算機學(xué)會推薦國際學(xué)術(shù)會議和期刊目錄》，距離上一版已經(jīng)3年，一起來看看新版目錄有哪些變化吧。

近日，中國計算機學(xué)會 (CCF) 正式發(fā)布《中國計算機學(xué)會推薦國際學(xué)術(shù)會議和期刊目錄》（下文簡稱 “目錄”）。

這次更新距第四版目錄（ 2015 年 12 月）發(fā)布已有三年。CCF表示，本次更新的原則是：在既有基礎(chǔ)上進行微調(diào)，領(lǐng)域分布保持不變，期刊和會議的推薦類別保持不變。

目錄仍分為 A、B、C 三類，其中，會議論文指 “Full paper” 或 “Regular paper”（正式發(fā)表的長文），對于會議上其他形式發(fā)表的論文如 Short paper、Demo paper、Technical Brief、Summary 以及作為伴隨會議的 Workshop 等不計入目錄考慮的范圍。需要說明的是，一些出版社和學(xué)術(shù)社團編發(fā)的 magazine（雜志）未納入本 “目錄” 的推薦期刊列表中。

盡管最新版《目錄》整體變動不大，添加了部分A類會議，以及對順序進行了重新調(diào)整。

比如在“人工智能”領(lǐng)域，A類會議與2015版相比只是順序調(diào)整了，入選會議仍然是AAAI、NeurIPS、ACL、CVPR、ICCV、ICML、IJCAI這7個。B類會議沒有發(fā)生變化，C類則增加了NLPCC一個會議。

其他領(lǐng)域的部分變化情況有：

計算機體系結(jié)構(gòu) / 并行與分布計算 / 存儲系統(tǒng)：ACM 的設(shè)計自動化會議Design Automation Conference (DAC)由 15 年的 B 類提升至 A 類，而影響較大的 EuroSys 會議仍是 B 類。

計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)：USENIX 的網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計會議NSDI提升到 A 類。

軟件工程 / 系統(tǒng)軟件 / 程序設(shè)計語言：ACM 的軟件測試分析會議ISSTA由 B 提升到 A 類；

下面是“人工智能”領(lǐng)域的A類、B類和C類國際學(xué)術(shù)會議：

不過，新版《目錄》仍然在知乎引起較大關(guān)注，有人吐槽，有人表示不解。

有知乎用戶吐槽道：

其實許多人希望看到的是：

AAAI, IJCAI 下調(diào)到 B（甚至很多老外都在 Twitter complain 這件事，人家都知道 CCF 了）

COLT 上調(diào)到 A（要是有 S 都該調(diào)到 S）

ICLR 上榜， A（都懂）

CVPR, ICCV 下調(diào)其中一個到 B（A 的位置就那么多，這倆選一個給 COLT, ICLR 兩位讓讓位，加上隔壁 NLP 只有 ACL 一個 A，CV 卻占倆）

COLING/NAACL 位置對換：COLING 下調(diào)到 C，NAACL 上調(diào)到 B（和 NLPCC 同級是來搞笑的）

CCF對《目錄》作了解釋：“必須指出的是，本《目錄》是 CCF 認為值得計算機界研究者們發(fā)表研究成果的一個推薦列表，其目的不是作為學(xué)術(shù)評價的（唯一）依據(jù)，而僅作為 CCF 的推薦建議供業(yè)界參考。還需要說明的是，由于領(lǐng)域的交叉和視角的差異，同一刊物 / 會議在不同領(lǐng)域存在認識上的差異是正常的，本列表也只代表了 CCF 對這些會議和刊物的推薦建議。”
